Motivational Speaker

She has lived in Temecula for 12 years.loves her town and that was part of her reason for creating this event. To highlight Temecula.    At age 3 she became addicted to adventure and challenge.
At age 13 she became addicted to making a difference in peoples lives.
At age 61 she became one of 8 over 60 to play on “Survivor”
Retired after working as a registered nurse for 42 years in many clinical and management settings. In addition she has owned several businesses and organized many events. Gillian has never satisfied her appetite for adventure and travel despite her wide array of experiences throughout her 66 years. She has traveled through 46 countries and all but a few U.S. states, much of it backpacking. This adventurous "granny" can climb and rappel 4,000 foot mountains and swim with the Great Whites. Not only is she versatile, but she is competitive by nature and feels as though she was a perfect fit for the game of SURVIVOR, she applied 15 times and  never gave up . She always believed  she would one day be selected and was for Gabon. It turned out that her "dream" of getting on Survivor has become so much more by reaching thousands through her speaking engagements and in all the charity work she now does with her Celebrity.
Married 43 years to her husband, Ron, Gillian has three married daughters and seven grandchildren. Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, she was awarded several academic and athletic honors. She now uses her Survivor celebrity to do good.  She does Motivational Speaking engagements and can be reached at . She has organized and participated in many fundraisers across the country. She received commendations from the California State and Senate for her volunteer work in 2011.
All of this became the backbone of her character and the life of Reality Rally.

She has been an integral part of many organizations and events and are too numerous to include here.

lilyLily Holland

Celebrity Relations Coordinator

Lily joined Reality Rally as Lead Celebrity Handler Volunteer in our first year. She quickly became an integral and valuable member of the Production Team, and was recently promoted to the Executive Team as Celebrity Relations Coordinator as we move into our fourth year. Working closely with Gillian, Lily oversees all Star activities leading up to the event and all weekend at Reality Rally, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that the Stars have a memorable time at our event. She works closely with all of the Celebrity Handler Team regularly to ensure the Stars have the best experience that they can every year. With her experience providing exit interviews for a reality website from Stars of Survivor, Big Brother and Amazing Race, Lily brings a natural talent to working with the Stars, facilitating a personal and professional relationship with each one, always mindful of their generous contributions to our charity. She constantly works at Celebrity connections to help find Stars who want to add their Celebrity to our event and have "Fun for Funds"

Lily moved to Temecula in 2000 with her husband and their two children. Diagnosed with Melanoma cancer in 2006, Lily knows first hand how receiving this difficult news can devastate a young family. Thankfully, her cancer was caught in time and removed with surgery. This experience has given Lily insight into the importance of having information and resources available to families in need, and drives her passion for Reality Rally and our wonderful charity, Michelle's Place Breast Cancer Resource Center.

The Production Team

All events of this magnitude takes a large group of dedicated volunteers to make it happen. We have a Production Team of 40 major volunteers who are each responsible for one specific area. They spend endless hours putting together each part of the event to make it what is is. The Primary Team could not do it without them,so thank you all.

In addition we had over 450 volunteers come from all over California, the US and Canada and 60 volunteer community Challenge Checkpoint Partners make it the premier fundraiser it is.
