She has lived in Temecula for 12 years.loves her town and that was part of her reason for creating this event. To highlight Temecula. At age 3 she became addicted to adventure and challenge.
At age 13 she became addicted to making a difference in peoples lives.
Married over 40 years to her husband, Ron, Gillian has three married daughters and seven grandchildren. Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, she was awarded several academic and athletic honors. She now uses her Survivor celebrity to do good. She does Motivational Speaking engagements and can be reached at www.gillianlarson.com . She has organized and participated in many fundraisers across the country. She received commendations from the California State and Senate for her volunteer work in 2011.
All of this became the backbone of her character and the life of Reality Rally.
She has been an integral part of many organizations and events and are too numerous to include here.
Michelle's Place Executive Director
Having joined Michelle's Place as the first employee and Executive Director in 2004, it has been Kim's tireless passion for helping others that has allowed her to grow this non-profit breast cancer resource into the only organization of it's kind in the Inland Empire. In 2009 alone, Michelle's place provided over 6,048 services to 925 women and those numbers are expected to be exceeded this year. So far, Kim has implement the Care Coordinator Program, Breast Health Assistance Program and Pink Ribbon Assistance Program. She also initiated one of our largest annual fundraisers – the Pink & Black Spring Fling event.
Kim is the Membership Chair for the American Business Women’s Association and in the past served as President of the Vista Guidance Center Foundation. She is also a member of the California Association of Non-profits, Association for Fundraising Professionals, American Marketing Association and Inland Empire Association of Non-Profits.
Kim holds a Bachelors of Arts degree (Advertising major with minor in Marketing) from San Diego State University. Living in Temecula, CA, with her husband and their three daughters, Kim enjoys camping with her family, social events with family and friends, and cheering on her daughters who play softball.
Executive Director, Celebrity Relations
Lily joined Reality Rally as Lead Celebrity Handler in our first year. She quickly became an integral and valuable member of the Production Team, and was promoted to the Executive Team in her role of Celebrity Relations Coordinator as we moved into our third year. Working closely with Gillian, Lily oversees all Star activities at Reality Rally, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that the Stars have a memorable time at our event. With her experience providing exit interviews for a reality website from Stars of Survivor, Big Brother and Amazing Race, Lily brings a natural talent to working with the Stars, facilitating a personal and professional relationship with each one, always mindful of their generous contributions to our charity.
Lily moved to Temecula in 2000 with her husband and their two children. Diagnosed with Melanoma cancer in 2007, Lily knows first hand how receiving this difficult news can devastate a young family. Thankfully, her cancer was caught in time and removed with surgery. This experience has given Lily insight into the importance of having information and resources available to families in need, and drives her passion for Reality Rally and our wonderful charity, Michelle's Place Breast Cancer Resource Center.
Director, Volunteer Force
Jennifer Elliott has been the Volunteer Coordinator for Reality Rally since its conception. She is also the receptionist for DCH Honda which is one of many Reality Rally sponsors. At DCH she also helps with the SADD program (Students Against Destructive Decisions) in the local high schools along with being the coordinator for the American Red Cross Blood Drive which they hold three times a year.
In her "spare time" she enjoys doing genealogy, crafts and working on her high school class reunion committee.
She has been married to her husband, John over 26 years (a high school classmate) and they have 24-year old twin boys, Brian and Jason, and one daughter-in-law, Kelley (Jason's wife).

Reality Rally is honored to have Annette on the Executive Team bringing all of her experience into the Reality Rally event.
Exceptional at focusing my absolute passion and love of weddings & events into reality is what I do. I pride myself at always providing my full range of talents and experience into every event I encounter either individually, or as a part of a larger production. Many of my events are special occasions that we get one chance to do right - so meticulous planning and execution is paramount to the critical success for the client(s).
With a reputation as a doer, I'm presently working with many of the top wedding vendors in all of California in helping to leverage their talents to increase the level of delivery within the wedding community through my networking organization, wedding publications, and my own personal events that I coordinate.

In this position my main task is to assist and help the vendors in the publication, on the MB website, and in the two platform Apps to leverage their talents and skills to increase their own marketing penetration through our marketing vehicle. What separates this publication from the competition is the quality of the service, the ongoing support, and the belief that Mosaic Brides primary purpose is to reach the potential bridal communities in the Ventura and Temecula areas and bring awareness of our advertising vendors to the brides and grooms looking for vendors with their talents.
Ongoing responsibilities for this position revolve around creating an extensive network of vendors who can and seek to provide high level services, and to creatively devise ways to position that information so it is found both in print and digitally.
Temecula Valley Wedding Professionals
Currently over 150 individuals, wedding venues, and corporations make up the membership who meet monthly to exchange tips, leads, and share industry knowledge with the goal of 'raising the bar' of customer service at their events in the Valley.
As Founder, and lead Director, my task is to help lead the group to provide an inclusive environment for new and seasoned industry professionals, all the while to make the monthly gatherings true events featuring segments of the industry that can bring more knowledge and awareness of the skills and talents of the membership. Many of the meetings, bridal shows, and special off-sites feature creative aspects that challenge and stretch the previous level of services' offerings for many of the members.

Providing the guidance and direction for both intimate as well as large guest list events is one of our core strengths as Events By Annette has a reputation for delivering events on time and on budget in which is challenging when in a emotion driven sector.
Executive Director, Media Relations
Joni came on board Reality Rally in many areas in 2013 which included being part of the Reality Rally street team, running a very successful fundraising shoe drive, casino prize collection and several administrative functions. She now heads up the Media Relations team and will be connecting with media in all areas pre event and during the weekend.
In changing careers, she was hired on as a Supervisor at Children's Spectrum Food Program. It was there that she recognized a market need for Childcare management software. In 1998 Joni started her own software company; KidKeeper Solutions.

Joni volunteered for as a Player Agent for Tri-Valley Little League for 3 years and went on to organize and manage all team rosters for 5 years as Registrar for the Morongo Basin Youth Soccer Association.
Joni home schools her two children and has custody of her handicapped brother. Special Olympics plays a large part in her family.
Joni continues to contribute to her family, friends and community any where her positive experience, commitment, heart and soul will allow her to be.

Gaylon Holland isn’t new to Reality Rally as he has helped in various areas every year and his expertise has quickly moved him to the executive board helping with logistics. He comes from an extensive background in Organizational Management and Reality Rally is privileged to have him on board.
Gaylon moved to Temecula in 2000 with his wife Lily Holland and their 2, now adult, children. Temecula is a place he works and loves to call home.
