Reality Rally

Today’s “Up Close and Personal” interview will feature Kevin Des Chenes, an executive chef in Boston, Massachusetts who is one of our dear Reality stars and attendee of Reality Rally!

Des Chenes has appeared on reality cooking shows such as Season 2 of “Chef Wanted”, and Season 1 of “Frankenfood”. In the coming months, he will also be appearing on a few more shows whose names are being kept under wraps for now.

Des Chenes was offered the position on “Chef Wanted” after his participation in national food and wine festivals was recognized by Food Network producers. At the festivals, Des Chenes networked with attendees, made some connections, and “a couple interviews later and I was on the show,” he said.

Today’s “Up Close and Personal” interview will feature Ardice Farrow, a Reality Rally supporter who lives in Culver City and an entrepreneur helping women around the world to take control of their lives.

About a year ago, Farrow founded a company called “Net Effects Traders” after working for a non-profit organization for several years in Cambodia. 

Although she valued the work of non-profits she saw the huge and lasting impact that Trader instead of Aid could make.  Farrow decided to start her own company.

A major mission of Reality Rally is to provide a place for many to be part of our event in some way as you have read in our blogs. I am totally fascinated by all who do come on board Reality Rally, even from far away. I am in awe at how many people do so much good in this world in whatever way they have chosen, and how they make it their mission and passion to connect with us who have the same mission and passion: to do good in this world.
